does not work
not reliable or predictable especially if you are trying to use the HA integration
No Android tablet support!?!? and apparently they don't care.
works great when your out of town.
in 2 years evaporator sensor went bad. app most times not working. you have to go all the way down to it. service was called and sent wrong part and you have to wait longer. one technician didn't help me out and flatly said no and when I demand to stay on phone since she didn't want to stay on phone to guide me to accomplish my repair work, inspite she hang up on me and then 15 minutes later Nick technician came on phone and he helped me out. But what a struggle. one technician suggested to
Lowkey this app is sort of garbage. The permanent loss of connectivity when the power goes out is a major issue. I shouldn't have to re-add my connection each time that happens. Two other things. Trying to control from the app is very hit and miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, and you won't know unless you're home. Also, the usage data section is absolutely useless. Can't get the section to work no matter what I try for troubleshooting.
