The process of connecting to my Wi-Fi was so TERRIBLE, I was 1 attempt away from returning the product. Customer service was ZERO HELP.
Ordering pods is virtually impossible through the app.
The app is a fail. This is the worst app I have on my phone and it makes something as simple as ordering or checking an order for COFFEE that is just absolutely frustrating. The orders page will either take forever to load or not at all.
the customer service is great. issue is this is the third brewer I've had. I tried re-setting the thermocouple on the others, but it keeps switching off. one more try with the one supplies by customer service. if it happens again, I'm going to another company.
Years now this Keurig app is one of the slowest most painful apps I have to endure in my daily living. I've been buying this coffee off the site for about 4 years this site has not got any better. the delay time between choosing and page display seems like more than 7,000 nanoseconds. the updates don't seem to help much either all it does is just take just as long. not sure what's being updated but it doesn't seem to be reflected in the actual website or the app.
not thrilled about having to use the wifi but what ever
