Plan, track and deliver team projects on time with the Toggl Plan mobile and desktop apps.
Excel is clunky and most project software is so complex, it takes weeks of training to get started. Plus, keeping your team updated on changing plans and tasks is a hassle.
With Toggl Plan, you can get started in minutes. And it takes even less time to keep your team up to date on tasks and project delivery.
Use Toggl Plan's time estimates to set realistic project deadlines. See your team's workloads and assign tasks without over or underworking team members. Track project progress through task status updates and notifications. Most importantly, bring clarity to your team's work.

Looks good, doesn't meet my expectations - intuitive, flexible rescheduling at my finger tip, ability to delete the account I didn't want to set up.

In many ways, the app is not as intuitive. If I could wish for one thing, it would be a widget for the home screen, that would make it much better for me
