Great improvement with food and customer service. I would go more often
The app was simple and easy
wide variety of food, something for everyone always delicious.
My husband and I absolutely love coming to First Watch in Ann Arbor! It’s one of our favorite places to enjoy breakfast together. The food is always delicious, the coffee is amazing, and the customer service is consistently outstanding! The staff is always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making every visit a wonderful experience. We always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend! ❤️☕
App has a game where you can win free food, but some of the clues have to do with going to First Watch and checking the Fall menu... which our First Watch DOESN'T HAVE. Why do you have events that EXCLUDE some of your customers? This only builds resentment, not the good will you'd think a company would be trying to foster!
Love! 💕
