I hate that I have to use the app in order to connect my fitbit now. I absolutely hate that I'm forced to use the app if want to access the site on my phone. It won't allow me to access the website on my phone. I'm forced to use the app. Website is so much easier to view the different screens and log things.
doesn't stay connected to my Samsung health. Lost 2 months of steps. Not cool
I can't deposit the money into my bank account. I am very irritated. the app is suppose to be about health. I would be more healthy had I never had this app.
The clock in the Max GO device was incorrect for a day and, when it did sync, my 9000 steps ended up being 11. I submitted a support ticket, but as usual . . . crickets. I just know, 100%, I will get a reply to my 1-star review with, "Please rate us higher." Happens every time. [Review update 1 day later: As predicted, I was told to contact Support AFTER saying Support had already been contacted.]
There is no way this app has a cumulative 4.4 rating (as of this review). It doesn't work well with connected devices, it is not intuitive to use, it is cumbersome and has very little beneficial information. If work didn't mandate we use it in order to offset our already outrageous health insurance costs, I (and probably the majority if people that have downloaded it) would happily delete it. But, if you are going to hold people's money hostage by forcing them to use this, at least try.
