I am a singer with several different bands and instruments and use Bandhelper for all. I honestly dont know how I managed before! Their help centre is excellent too, I had a technical query and also reported a bug recently, both of which were fixed within hours. A superb app and superb service!
can't log in to the app. setup my account and logged into the website. so I know it's working. but I CANNOT LOG IN TO THE APP
Brilliant app on both iPad and Android. As with most complaints about using BH on Android, 5 will get you 10 it's a user problem. Our band has been using this app across many different devices and brands for at least 7 years with no problems. The guy behind it, Arlo, is great if you do have a problem, and response times to tickets are also good. Yes it's subscription based but most things are, and BH is constantly upgraded with new features and improvements to what's already there. Great app.
Seemed promising as a way to do everything from my phone, but was really painful to try to set up, even as a tech head. I could not locate a MIDI Learn function for the app control, for example. Text was often cut off, the interface was not organized in a way that made sense to me, the Activity Log doesn't auto scroll so it just fills up and you can't see new events, ... just a thousand paper cuts killed my interest. I'm going to stick to running REAPER on a Microsoft Surface running Linux.
Excellent full featured app. It beats any others I have tried. Phenomenal support. Well worth the subscription fee.
App works great as an all in one data center for my band. The UI can be a little confusing at times, but becomes very easy to use with practice. UI is the ONLY reason for 4 stars and not 5. Support is top notch as well. Had an issue with the schedule calendar not working so I wrote a help ticket for them. I was able to get in touch with support very quickly and they not only took responsibility for the bug, but had the problem fixed and deployed for me in less than 2 weeks.
