removed the filter function to show equipment by each state or auction city. now I have to sort through hundreds of items just to look for the ones in my state. who even approved this?!
This app sucks ritchie brothers go back to the app from a couple years ago. With this app I won't be doing any business here anymore
terrible app to use. out of all the auctions I watch, Ritchie bros is the most difficult for sure. and now after the update you cant see when your watches lots are selling without entering to bid. and your watch list puts items in the wrong order so you have to go through them all to see what sells first to last. very mismanaged app
Ritchie brothers is a great place to buy and sell. I still find I use the website more, but the app is clean and very useful.
used to be an OK app, now it is terrible. can't even get logged in. Search categories are in no particular order. For a $20B company, it's a pretty sad excuse for an app.
