I am not able to purchase games because my credit card info is not accepted anymore. But premium plus order was accepted. I have tried both app and PS5 Pro console and web site. This happened after I started to use passkey. However, app asks card validation date format m/yyy when card shows mm/yy and console also. Otherwise app function properly. Sad that I can not purchase any digital games with creditcard, only debit accepted.
For some reason, I can see hours played for only my 3 most recently played games and none else? The app also has a habit of asking me to log back in rather than remembering my details.
rating still not going up, its so poor on downloading and trying to get your own floating back buttons, because some bright spark put buttons over each other
constant updates that change nothing. Still have to close the app and re open it sometimes for it to load fully. The new "friend activity" is broke, it shows friends played a certain game 2 hours ago and its games they haven't played in days.
I almost lost my account twice and I was able to get it back so thank you Sony
very good add and I can use it while not on my ps5
