Posted Aug 2022: This app doesn't work. Sending a letter to T-Mobile requesting a transcript of the voicemails would probably work better. This app is ABANDONED. Posted Oct 2026: No change to functionality. Only has "welcome" screen and that's it.
I'm tired of having to uninstall and reinstall this app because of a glitch that causes the voicemail notification to not delete itself after deleting a voicemail. Also, I currently cannot delete voicemails from the main screen and have to open each voicemail to delete it.
Blank / Dark ? .... Whatever they did, whatever happened, my screens completely black. When I opened up the app, it's black, no writing, no nothing on it. Nothing to be able to prompt push, not even to delete, not even listen to. I never did the read voicemails, but I still like to have that option to just go right there to that app. And select the voicemail and listen to it option to delete it, or save it. Or whatnot? So I didn't have to go through the prompt number one. anyone else have issues
once again: FIX THIS APP. I swear whoever runs your IT department shouldn't be fired. why are read messages staying as unread. wont even delete. FIX YOUR APP. As a premium member I should be getting my voicemail but they will neither play nor transcribe to text. FIX IT!!
Doesn't refresh after deleting voicemail manually.
Downloads but doesn't open. I get a lot of spam calls throughout the day and my voicemail fills everyday if I don't delete them. unfortunately for years I have been asking T-Mobile to turn the language on my voicemail to English but they can't even manage to do that so this app was the only thing that I was able to use to clearly navigate what messages people were leaving for me. now I can't even do that, please fix your app. This is ridiculous.
