the worst customer service ever. every question they reply with a generic message of apologies without trying to help. the agents are disgusting. see what they write to everyone those lazy bastards " Dear customer, we are so sorry for the delay in getting back to you and we appreciate your patience. We are currently experiencing a much higher volume of enquiries than usual which has affected our response times. If you still need help you may be able to get the support you need more quickly
I would like to know where I can raise my query or speak with a customer care representative, as the customer care number provided is not connecting. I also raised a message/complaint approximately 6 days ago, but I have not received any response yet.
