To be far l've not used it in a while.
"Extremely frustrating app. The live view constantly gets stuck buffering and displays a 'poor Wi-Fi connection' error. Every other device on my network works perfectly—only this camera has connection issues."
After using the original Netvue app for 5+ years, I noticed it stopped working. It still accepted service requests and payments, yet Netvue never notified me they were switching apps. When I contacted them, the rep told me I had to update the app, instructed me through their website chat, then abruptly ended the conversation. The new app is clunky, unimpressive, and now a sleazy experience. I don’t recommend them at this point.
many years, many years I've been using your cameras at this point. now all of the sudden I can't open any of my cameras and six of my cameras won't even hook up to your stupid app. and now all of the sudden you only have bird cameras and baby monitors??? no support for any of your other cameras?? what's the deal... the worst part is I have recommended your cameras to so many people who have purchased them and are having the same issues. way to support those supporting you!
Just bought another camera from them and it works perfectly fine except for this one time in years when the app broke down for a couple days. It's back up now and good as ever. Reliable, quick, clear playback.
