I have not been able to log in since the update. And I have even changed my password. So this app is now useless for me. 😟
Horrible app! Should be free! Can NEVER use it to schedule maintenance. Selected schedule service, type of service, select dealership, advisor, method of service, appointment date & time, (the contact info is already pre-installed) and that's it, you can't hit continue, the button stays a shaded gray, as if more info is needed but their is nothing else on the page required. The app could be helpful on wknds, after-hours, shop busy, closed or when you busy it can be quicker, to do in app.
Will not longer let me log in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Each pass through the login process takes me back to the login screen. I just paid my $50 monthly OnStar subscription too. What a ripoff.
app works better than a brand new vehicle fresh off the production line; and that's saying something since the app doesn't work 99% of the time.
